Unframed Paper Prints:  Unframed paper prints are printed and shipped the fastest and we encourage this option if it's needed in a hurry. Most prints come rolled in a tube or flat packed if possible, ready to take straight to a professional framer. Please allow 2-4 business days before being shipped and please allow 5-7 business days for delivery to most major cities, expect longer times for rural areas. Shipped globally from our printing lab in Australia. If urgency required, we may ship from our print facilities in USA or Germany.

Acrylic Panels: This high quality option typically takes 4-5 business days before they are shipped out, expect longer times for larger articles or in busy holiday periods. Please allow an additional 6-8 business days for delivery, detailed tracking is provided by email when shipped. Printed in either Germany or USA depending on destination. Shipping to UK, Europe and the Americas.

Framed Prints: Please allow 5-10 days minimum off season (and up to 10-14 days) during busy holiday periods for production times. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. A shipping notification email with detailed tracking will be provided when it is shipped. Shipped globally from our printing lab in Australia. If urgency required, we may ship from our print facilities in USA or Germany.

We do not ship framed prints over 24”x36” due to the fragility of the Museum Grade ArtGlass®, for larger prints up to 40”x60” or a cost-effective alternative, please order a print only and have it framed locally.

Acrylic Panels: Please allow a minimum of 6-8 business days before they are shipped out, expect slightly longer times for 30"x45" and 40”x60” articles. Detailed tracking is provided when the print is shipped. Printed at our print facility in NSW, Australia.

Framed Prints: Please allow 5-10 days minimum off season (and up to 10-15 days) for shipping notification during holiday seasons due to increased demand. We do not ship framed prints over 24”x36” due to the fragility of the article, for larger prints up to 40”x60” or a cost-effective alternative, please order a print only and have it framed locally in your area.

All Australian orders are made right here in Australia.

Once you place your order, we typically process it within 24hrs. Our print facility then schedules it in for production, a process that we are very passionate about. Our Print Masters take every single detail into account in order to reproduce the art in the highest quality possible. If at any stage you have questions regarding our production process, please feel free to get in touch by emailing sales@thurstonphoto.com and we will follow up your order immediately. 

Please allow for the allocated delivery time frames before getting in contact as it can often take this long and longer. Times are based off averages and delays outside of our control can often extend these time frames. During off-peak seasons, you can receive it much sooner than the allocated time frame, so it's good to order your prints well before Christmas, Public Holidays, BCFM, or Easter. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by delays.

HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR PRINT YET, OR IT'S ARRIVED DAMAGED?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the reliability of the international postal and courier service. During peak holiday seasons like easter and Christmas, please order your prints 4-6 weeks early so there's plenty of time if they are intended for gifts. All our prints are custom made to order, so for lost or damaged items, we  cannot refund or replace the order free of charge, as we have no control over the validity and reliability of the International postal service, however, we strive to meet excellence in dealing with our customers, so please don't hesitate to reach out if there are any issues. Once the print has been packaged and shipped, a tracking number will be provided via shipping notification email. In the rare event that an item is undelivered or damaged, please contact us and we will take action to amend the circumstance as best as we can.

REFUND POLICY

All our prints are custom made to order, therefore we do not offer any kind of refund under any circumstance. If your order arrives different than expected, ie; a mistake or miscommunication was made on our behalf, Thurston Photo retains the right to replace or amend the order at our own expense. Whether within or outside of Australia, we do not offer any partial or full refunds. We do however, strive for an excellent customer experience and more often than not, a replacement print can be arranged in the rare case that an order mistake was made by Thurston Photo or our Printing Facility.
