International Shipping & Delivery

We have partnered with print facility's in USA, Australia and Europe and your new print order will be dispatched from the closest facility to your region. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the reliability of the international postal and courier service. During peak holiday seasons like easter and Christmas, please order your prints 4-6 weeks early so there's plenty of time if they are intended for gifts.

UNFRAMED PAPER PRINTS

Unframed paper prints ship the fastest and we encourage this option if it's needed in a hurry. For within the USA, please allow 5 business days for production time and 2 days shipping. For Australia please allow 3-5 days production time and 2 days shipping. For Europe and the rest of the world. Please allow 5-7 business days and 6-8 days shipping. For larger articles this timeframe can be extended.

FRAMED PRINTS & CANVASES

For within the USA, please allow 6-10 business days for production time and 2 days shipping. For Australia please allow 6-10 days production time and 5-6 days shipping. For Europe and the rest of the world. Please allow 6-10 business days and 3-5 days shipping. For larger articles this timeframe can be extended.

ACRYLIC & METAL PRINTS

For within the USA, please allow 10-15 business days for production time and 3-5 days shipping.  For Australia please allow 6-10 days production time and 5-6 days shipping. For Europe and the rest of the world. Please allow 6-10 business days and 3-5 days shipping. For larger articles, 30"x45" - 40"x60" panels, this time frame can be doubled. Thank you for your patience.

Please allow for the allocated delivery time frames before getting in contact as it can often take this long and longer. During off-peak seasons, you can receive it much sooner than the allocated time frame, so it's good to order your prints well before Christmas, Public Holidays, BCFM, or Easter. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by delays.

HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR PRINT YET, OR IT'S ARRIVED DAMAGED?

For lost or damaged items, we unfortunately cannot refund or replace the order free of charge, as we have no control over the validity and reliability of the International postal service, once we have shipped the item, a tracking number will be provided. In the rare event that an item is undelivered or damaged, please contact us and we will take action to amend the circumstance as best as we can.

REFUND POLICY

All our prints are custom made to order, therefore we do not offer any kind of refund under any circumstance. If your order arrives different than expected, ie; a mistake or miscommunication was made on our behalf, Thurston Photo retains the right to replace or amend the order at our own expense. Whether within or outside of Australia, we do not offer any partial or full refunds. We do however, strive for an excellent customer experience and will offer credits and/or a gift voucher to compensate at our own discretion in the rare case that an order mistake was made by Thurston Photo or our Printing Facility.

COVID 19 UPDATE:

Within Australia, we are experiencing shipping delays of up to 2 weeks on all print related orders, if it exceeds this, please get in touch and we will follow up the best we can. Outside of Australia, we are almost back to normal. We apologise for the inconvenience and look forward to the world returning to normal operating capacity again!
